When you are well grounded, you experience the connection with the Earth. You are more energetic, you can handle more! Especially when you are busy with personal growth and spiritual training, it is important you be aware of whether you are grounded or not. Fortunately, you can develop this very well. That is exactly what we are going to do in this workshop.

Through the breath, physical exercises and visualizations you learn in a playful way how you in daily life in a practical and quick way can be grounded and keep control over your own energy. You can then benefit from your surroundings.

When you are well grounded , you feel safe, stay healthy and you will be able to let go what you do not need anymore. With a good grounding it is easier to feel what suits you, so you can take optimal care of yourself.

So, grounding helps you to stay healthy and stand critical and with self-confidence in the world!

In addition, in the workshop there will be attention paid to the way you deal with the energy around you, your own aura. It is important to have control over your aura; from your conscious control over it to the quality and size of your aura . Active influence on your aura increases your self-confidence and sense of self-worth.
