Didgeridoo meditation

The didgeridoo meditation aims to focus upon certain blockages or restrictions and to loosen them with the vibrations of the didgeridoo. After everyone is sitting comfortably in their own space, Jacco will, create a guided meditation for you to follow and will , for an extended period of time, play the didgeridoo.
He will walk between everyone, playing freely, within the room, so the vibration of the sound will resonate everywhere. Visualize for yourself that the tone of the didgeridoo vibrating through your whole body and cleansing your body. Let all restricting feelings go, both in body and mind.
The vibrations will clear all blockages in yourself.
Then we take a few minutes on to let the vibration work within us and to let go of all blockages and restrictions.

After that Jacco will start humming a tone. He will then again walk around and give everyone a soft knock on the shoulder, you will be encouraged to join him, by humming the same tone as Jacco, or by humming your own tone, which will create a vibration in the room that will work on the blockages and limitations within you. Finally there will be an ongoing tune created which will assist in reducing the already weakened blockages, created with by the sound, tone and vibration of the didgeridoo.
This way a good balance will be created between the earth energy and the energy of angels.
