The Method

This is going to be worked on the basis of theoretical explanation, interspersed by working in groups and giving feedback. Also body work is part of this training. To get to optimal effect from this training, active participation of the students will be expected.

Work forms used include:

Family Constellations, Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive Theory, Voice Dialogue, NLP, New Code Games, expression and breathing exercises and Emotional Body work.
